LET US HELP YOU PREPARE TO REEMERGE
INTO THE WORLD OF TRAVEL!
To Our Trusted Travelers,

As the world begins to slowly open back up, you may be thinking about how and when you should plan to travel again.

Travel, as we have known it, has changed. But the desire to experience either our own backyard here in the U.S. or the great cultures and landscapes across the globe has not gone away. Short-term, there will be guidelines, restrictions and some inconveniences for resuming life outside our homes and communities.

Our agency will prepare you with everything you need to know from documentation requirements to the best travel offers. We can't wait to help you explore the country and the world once again. Give us a call when you’re ready.

What The Travel Industry is Doing To Keep You Safe
As travel restrictions ease, travel providers, hotels, airlines, and destinations are beginning to formulate steps they will be taking to keep their employees and guests safe while enjoying their vacation.

Here are just a few of the steps being taken. Everywhere in travel there will be thorough cleaning and use of disinfectants with masks, hand sanitizers, and gloves offered to every guest and in some cases, mandatory.
Las Vegas and Other Gambling Destinations
No more than three people at a gaming table, every other slot machine turned on and restaurants open to 25% to 40% occupancy. Limited seating in theaters using social distancing guidelines.

Hotels
Contact-less check-in using a mobile app to unlock you room door, spacing out fitness equipment, electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectant to sanitize surfaces in guest rooms, lobbies, public areas and gyms, more in-room dining.

Vacation Resorts
Online check-in before leaving home, one couple per elevator ride, airport transfers with fewer people in the vehicle.

Tours
Staggered entrance times to museums and attractions, small group tours, medical well-being checks and forms, no handouts or pamphlets.

River Cruises
Small group excursions, reserved seating for dining with same table/same table mates each meal, no self-service snacks, individual servings, no coffee table books, health screening prior to embarkation.

Air Travel
Face masks, changes in the boarding process to prevent lining up, blocking off middle seats, no pillows or blankets, nothing in the seat back pockets, temperature checks with non-invasive infrared thermometers, bottled water service.

How to Prepare for Your Next Trip
  1. Be sure your passport expiration date is 6 months after the date you're scheduled to return home from your trip.
  2. Ask our Travel Advisors about the current REAL ID requirements.
  3. Ask our Travel Advisors about any Future Travel Credits you may have from a canceled or re-booked trip.
  4. Purchasing travel insurance is an absolute necessity. Ask our Travel Advisors about the types of plans available.
  5. Ask our Travel Advisors about visas, medical forms, and other travel requirements.

Why You Should Use a Travel Advisor
Now More Than Ever
Resources and Leverage
Life is unpredictable. If a personal issue finds you needing to re-book - and fast - there's no one better to have on your side in a pinch than a Travel Advisor. They know what phone numbers to call and whom to speak with, so you're not on the line for an hour waiting for an operator, just to be transferred to a different department. Sometimes, personal relationships with general managers and other suppliers allow them to find alternative arrangements.

Navigate Mother Nature
When a natural disaster strikes or health concerns arise, pandemics aside, a Travel Advisor can help you around cancellation or re-booking policies. It's their job to know what is open and what isn't, and they can provide reassurance whether or not it's okay to travel to a destination.

Things Happen and Change
When there are changes in documents needed to travel or travel visa requirements, you'll always be in the know. Travel Advisors keep you informed and remind you to complete the necessary steps, so there are no surprises when you go to the airport. When things go wrong, Travel Advisors have the resources and the contacts to get their clients to the head of the line. Because when you're stranded, the internet won't call you back.

Deal with A Real Human
Travel Advisors treat you like a person, not a booking number. They want to make sure that you have a good trip, and love hearing from clients when they return from their fabulous holiday. Because of this, Travel Advisors are with you every step of your trip, before, during and after, triple checking that everything is correct before you depart, on-hand to make sure that everything goes smoothly throughout, and there for you afterward.

Avoid the Online Nightmare
When crises happen, you're not stuck in a queue waiting for access. Find comfort in knowing you have direct access to the personal care and attention of your Travel Advisor. Technology is great until it gets overloaded and causes technical difficulties or shuts down with your money leaving you with nowhere to turn.

Travel Advisors Save Time
It's fun to read about destinations and get inspired on where to go, but the amount of information out there can be overwhelming. Travel Advisors are experts at staying up to date, ranging from what dining options are available, to the size of a room at hotels or cabins on cruise ships. They are also well connected, so if they haven't personally been to your destination, chances are they know someone who has and will guide you to the hidden gems.
