A client came to me looking to book a winter break vacation for her large multigenerational family of twenty people between the ages of six to sixty five, all with varying interests. She did not know what country to choose for their annual getaway, but she knew that it had to be a family oriented resort that everyone could enjoy. The client also wanted to arrange the vacation with a family that would be joining them from Mexico City. Based upon our experience and past trips in the Caribbean, Mexico and Central America we helped her select Iberostar Paraiso Lindo in Riviera Maya as the perfect destination for their family vacation. After coordinating everyone’s flights, transfers, and hotels, with such a wide range of interests and hobbies we called each family member to give them recommendations for excursions and a final review of their trip itinerary. We made sure that everyone knew that our agency was just a phone call or email away if they had any last minute questions or concerns. Not only did the twenty family members spend quality time with each other, they almost built memories that will last a lifetime. After returning from the trip, we personally touched based with the client to ensure that everything went smoothly and that everyone had a nice, relaxing and fun vacation.
