Agency Training & Technology Solutions Manager

MAST Travel Network, an Oak Brook based travel agency consortium sales and marketing company, is seeking an Agency Training & Technology Solutions Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about their work, excited to learn and adapt to changing and growing responsibilities and curious about the travel industry. This person must be detail oriented, and a clear communicator.

This position is responsible for conducting virtual and in-person member training for booking platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, supplier booking engines, and agent resource centers and tools. This person will also be responsible for assisting members in supplier disputes and support, as well as providing event support and training seminars.


  • Provide agency assistance and training for Odysseus Booking Platform
  • Provide agency assistance and training for ClientBase/TRAMs/TRES Technologies Platform
  • Create, update, and mange MAST New Agent Training program, Xpedition and a new agent/IC resource center
  • Manage relationship and annual renewal as well as, provide agency assistance and training for Travel42 and STAR Service Online Products
  • Provide agency assistance on supplier booking engines and agent resource centers/tools
  • Promote supplier training courses to members
  • Create, update, and manage training tools for MAST’s Travel Center Hosts and MAST Cruise Services Programs
  • Create, update, and manage training tools for MAST’s Cruise Group Space and Cruise Sales Dates/Amenity Programs
  • Problem resolution with Suppliers and member bookings
  • Conduct training workshops and seminars at MAST events
  • Best Price program – Assist members in saving bookings by closing price gap
  • Develop marketing strategy and tools for promoting group space and amenity cruises to members
  • Assist with MAST events, preparation and on-site execution
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by company

  • Public speaking and training
  • Experience in working with agent booking platforms and understanding of backend functionality to technology platforms
  • Experience working in travel agency, supplier travel company, or other related capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
