    Dear Nominee,

    Congratulations on being nominated for the 2024-2027 MAST Board of Directors. This is a three-year term to begin June 2024 through June 2027. MAST’s Board of Directors meet six times a year, usually at MAST headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, typically the second Tuesday of February, April, June, August, October (depending on the dates of the All Star trip), and December.

    The MAST Board shapes policy decisions for the organization; overseas company finances, and directs the company to engage in business activities for the benefit of the membership. Board members are expected to attend all Board meetings in person. Attending a Board meeting via phone or virtual platform is allowed when circumstances make it impossible to attend in person.

  • Your name was placed into nomination either by yourself or another member because he/she feels your qualifications and experience would be an asset to the Board. Please indicate your acceptance of this nomination:

  • If you accept your nomination, the MAST office will send you a questionnaire, in order for our membership to become more familiar with your qualifications and vision for the organization. Please complete the questionnaire on the form you receive. Your responses will be included with the ballot, allowing the members of MAST to make an informed choice.

    Ballots will be available to MAST shareholders via an election app May 6 and are due by end of business May 20. The votes will be tallied by the Election Committee on May 20, 2024. The four candidates with the most votes will be announced at that time and installed at the Board of Directors meeting scheduled for June 11, 2024.
