Virgin Voyages: August Promotional Sailor Loot Offer - Up to $300 Onboard Credit Offer Updated: July 18, 2025 1. Offer Overview: These terms and conditions outline the August Promotional Sailor Loot Offer. 2. Eligibility / Caveats: 2.1 Virgin Voyages will provide a Promotional Sailor Loot Credit of up to $300 USD per cabin on all new bookings purchased for an eligible voyage (as described in section 2.4 below) between 12:01 a.m. local U.S. East Coast time on 01 August 2025 through 11:59 p.m. local U.S. East Coast time on 28 August 2025. When booking, the offer will automatically apply to the reservation. 2.2 Promotional Sailor Loot Amounts: ● $150 USD per cabin, for Sea Terrace Meta cabins ● $300 USD per cabin, Rockstar Suite Meta cabins 2.3 Eligible Cabins. This offer applies only to the following cabin categories. Rockstar Suite Meta cabins, which include: Brilliant Suite, Cheeky Corner Suite - Biggest Terrace, Cheeky Corner Suite - Even Bigger Terrace, Cheeky Corner Suite - Pretty Big Terrace, Seriously Suite, Sweet Aft Suite - Biggest Terrace, Sweet Aft Suite - Even Bigger Terrace, Sweet Aft Suite - Pretty Big Terrace, and Sea Terrace Meta cabins which include: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace and Ltd View Sea Terrace, and Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony. 2.4 Eligible Voyages. The August Promotional Sailor Loot Offer is only eligible on the Caribbean voyages dates below; chartered sailings are ineligible: Brilliant Lady Voyages departing: ● 05 September 2025 through 26 December 2025 inclusive Resilient Lady Voyages departing: ● 15 November 2025 through 25 April 2026 inclusive 2.5 The August Promotional Sailor Loot Offer may only be combined with the June - August 2025 Discount Offer, Pay In Full Discount, My Next Virgin Voyage Program, Resident Rate Programs (Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, Canada, Northeast), Military and First Responders Rates Offer, Exclusive Loot Program, TLN Amenity Departure Dates Offer, Group and Circle programs (except for Incentive and Contract Circle programs), and Tour Operators agencies. This offer is not combinable with any other promotional offers, discounts, or credits, including, but not limited to, Lock-It-In rates or reduced rate cabins. Offer and combinability with other promotional offers are subject to change at any time per Virgin Voyages' discretion. 2.6 Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs are excluded from this offer. 2.7 Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) do not earn commission on the Sailor Loot value given to Sailors for this Offer. 3. Cancellations: Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time.
EcoAmerica: Prices and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Hotel and/or Lodge Rooms and/or Ship Cabins are standard Run-of-the-House Basis unless otherwise indicated. Triples and Children use existing beds. Extra Bed Charges may apply. We accept no responsibility for losses or expenses caused by delays or changes to schedules by the airlines and/or other transportation suppliers. We further decline responsibility for losses or accidental expenses incurred because of defaults, sickness, weather conditions, strikes, war, riots, insurrections or other such similar causes. These losses and/or expenses are the responsibility of the traveler. No refunds for unused services. The operator and its representatives and/or suppliers reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour passenger should such person’s health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general deportment, impede the operation of the tour or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of the other tour passengers, in which case a refund for unused land services is the limit of EcoAmerica Tours liability. EcoAmerica Tours acts as service coordinator between the service provider and the end user, as such our responsibility to tour participants is limited. Tour participants agree that the maximum liquidated damages shall not exceed the price of the land and/or cruise tour purchase. As service coordinator, we are responsible to the participants for coordinating all services offered by independent suppliers such as: hotels, lodges, cruise lines, sightseeing, and transportation by bus, boat, van, car, train, airplane, vessel, or any other type of vehicle, tour and/or sightseeing guides, hotel, lodge, cruise ship, restaurant and/or tour meals, or any other service listed as an included feature in the tour programs. The tour programs are subject to change; such changes may include revisions to pre-scheduled routings, features, locations, and hotels, lodges, cruise ships, and any other included feature and/or service. In the event that EcoAmerica Tours is unable to substitute the feature and/or service for one of equal value and/or category, our liability shall not exceed the actual cost of such feature and/or service. Tour participant agrees that when booking any of EcoAmerica Tours they fully understand that all services and/or features in any of EcoAmerica Tours are provided by local suppliers, and that in the event that the tour participant seeks damage compensation, he, she, them, will seek such compensation directly from the supplier. EcoAmerica Tours shall not be held responsible for any medical expense(s) incurred by Tour Participant before, during or after the tour. Additional terms and conditions may apply. |
