2024 MAST Member Handbook

Members have the option of having MAST manage their Direct Mail campaigns for them on their behalf, or they can choose to place their own orders for mailings and upload their own mailing lists themselves. We offer 3 different options to manage and participate in MAST Direct Mail campaigns:

1) Members with Client Base – Group A Syncing for AUTOMATIC Registration
MAST will pull the quantity (based on the agency’s available credits) and MAST will submit the names to the printer for you. The agency is expected to maintain the accuracy of their contact information and call to action within the system as appropriate. Mailer Records will be downloaded by MAST into ClientBase customer profiles to be used for Sales Tracking for each piece. These agencies must be syncing with the MAST ClientBase account.

2) Members without Client Base – Group B AUTOMATIC Register
These agencies will submit their customer list to MAST at the beginning of the year. MAST will submit the names to the printer on their behalf from their furnished mailing list and quantity according to the agency’s remaining credits.

3) Members that prefer to submit their own lists – Group C SELF Register
These agencies will submit their customer list when registering online, and they are expected to maintain the accuracy of their contact information and call to action within the system as appropriate.

Free Hosted ClientBase Online

MAST offers a FREE hosted CBOnline version to our Direct Marketing participants. This CBO version has very limited functionalities allowing user-access to Profiles, Marketing and Activities tabs only. Participants in this CBO version are able to add clients for Marketing purposes and check the Activity Tab to view the campaigns that each client receives.
