MAST has collaborated with Regent Seven Seas Cruises to hold group space for select sailings. Reservations can be booked online or through Regent’s group department.
Booking into MAST’s group space is simple. Just book as you usually would. Provide the Travel Center Hosts CLIA or phone number along with the group and voyage number listed for the sailing you wish to book. Available cabin categories held in the group (2 for 1 All Inclusive price column) can be viewed during the booking process and by calling the cruise line reservations department. Contact the Groups Department when you have specific questions regarding the Group, requesting cocktail reception, setting up specialty dining, etc.
Space is recalled regularly and quantities of available cabins change when recalled or sold. Group Fare reflects double occupancy pricing and includes the non-commissionable items. Special Promotions, non-use credits, and pricing including but not limited to, Air, Single Supplement Percentages, and Kids Sail From rates are capacity controlled and subject to change.
Amenities are assigned at the time group is held.
- $400 shipboard credit per suite
VERIFY AMENITY ON YOUR BOOKING TO ELIMINATE THE POSSIBILITY OF ERRORS.

*Free 1-Night Pre Cruise Hotel Package (FHP)
Group rates on select categories are inclusive of 1-night pre-cruise hotel accommodation in the city of embarkation, for booking in Concierge categories and higher. Please contact Reservations for details. The FHP includes breakfast prior to check out and porterage. Air sea guests will receive transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the ship at no additional cost. Cruise only guests will receive transfers from the hotel to the ship; transfers from the airport to the hotel may be purchased. When taking advantage of the FHP, RSSC does not guarantee the entire group at the same hotel. The FHP is based on double occupancy. Reservations with more than two guests will be required to pay a supplement for each guest over two and will be accommodated on a space available basis only. Non-use of the FHP in select categories will result in hotel credit; the hotel credit is not a fixed amount on all sailings and subject to change.
Tour Conductor Credit = 1:10 for each group listed
TC credits are issued after the sailing. If any one agency meets the 1:10 requirement, they will earn the TC credit, and MAST will forward payment through the monthly commission reconciliation process. MAST does not retain any portion of a TC credit earned by a member agency.
