How to get started

Step 1

Visit the CIBTvisas MAST portal… www.cibtvisas.com/MAST

Step 2

From the MAST portal, search for your Company Name using the search field to access your agency’s portal. If you do not see your agency listed please email CorporateAccounts@cibt.com to request a new account number.

Step 3

Once on your agency’s portal, tell us about the trip for the most up to date visa requirements information.

From the requirements page, you can email a visa instruction kit directly to your client by clicking ’email application kit’ and entering their email address.
