  Try to get your clients to agree not to cancel their trips this week as most tour and cruise companies are working on modifying their policies to relax cancellation clauses and allow postponement of trips. Getting clients to wait for a few days before making decisions about their future travel may allow your agency to hold onto more bookings and stop the bleeding of cancellations.
