The Wandering Puffin travels to Europe and other parts of the world several times a year to attend on site travel trade shows and seminars and to connect with local tour and travel companies. This enables me to provide exceptional services and insight to my valued clients and a more personalized experience arranging their upcoming adventure to the destination(s) of which they have been dreaming.

My travels sometime overlap a client’s trip I have arranged to that same destination. Unbeknownst to the client, I will show up and provide them personal insight to the destination. This has happened on several occasions, most recently in Iceland a few weeks back, and arranging a lunch for the clients during their stay. This also happened in Budapest where I boarded a river cruise ship on which my clients were to set sail as well as having hosted another client to some of the wine regions outside of Budapest.

Also, by attending these events or re-connecting with a destination, I receive soon thereafter, requests from clients who wish to explore these destinations in the near future. This has happened twice this year when I went to the Baltic States of Latvia and Lithuania. Within one week of my return, I received a request for a travel adventure from a honeymoon client. This also happened recently after a self- drive trip to Spain and Portugal. One of my valued clients learned of my trip and requested a self- drive for themselves to the same region.

I try to personalize each and every travel adventure I arrange for my valued clients and am there from the early planning stages to the follow up upon their return from their travel adventure.
