Title: Member Recruitment & Account Manager
Position Reporting to: Director of Operations & Member Affairs

MAST Travel Network, an Oak Brook based travel agency consortium, sales and marketing company is seeking a Member Recruitment & Account Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about their work, familiar with travel agency operations, and enthusiastic about the travel industry.
Member Account Management:
- Encourage and monitor member participation in MAST’s programs
- Manage new member onboarding and orientation process
- Provide updates and metrics on membership to senior leadership and board
- Administer annual membership renewal process
- Mentor Agencies to grow sales through the utilization of MAST programs (TCH, MCS, Group Space)
- Conduct ongoing member check-ins via in person, phone, etc.
- Manage the MAST Rewards Program: tracking, quarterly status updates, and encourage and monitor MAST Rewards program, boosting member awareness and engagement and ultimately pushing them to the next level
- Work with agencies to boost lead gen through the MAST website: Review, update and implement Specialist Designation Program, Implement new search criteria within the mvptravel.com agency locator
- Assist in Creating and maintaining member database (Salesforce) profiles
- Create and circulate member surveys and reports
- Administer and track Annual Awards night reports and submissions
- Manage Member Mentorship Program
Member Recruitment:
- Set recruitment targets
- Develop a regional (or nucleus) strategy
- Develop recruitment strategies and materials on an ongoing basis
- Manage leads that come in through website or referrals
- Manage leads in MAST’s CRM
- Assist in developing tools for lead generation
- Maintain ongoing updates to recruitment materials
- Maintain ongoing updates to new member onboarding materials
- Fulfill supplier marketing activities related to recruitment and new member onboarding
- Represent MAST at industry trade shows and events
- Expand MAST’s national footprint
Requirements:
- Travel Industry Experience Required
MAST Staff Misc.
- Assist with MAST events, preparation, and on-site execution
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company
