MAST Travel Network, an Oak Brook based travel agency consortium, sales and marketing company is seeking a Host Agency & Support Services Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about their work, excited to learn and adapt to changing and growing responsibilities and curious about the travel industry. This person must be a detail-oriented self-starter with outstanding communication and
computer skills.

This position will manage MAST’s host agency services for members participating in our Travel Center Hosts and MAST Cruise Services programs, including the entry and management of all member bookings, tracking, calculation and administration of commission, providing member service, communication and training. This position will also be heavily involved in the administration of our Cruise Groups program, implementation of new booking/commission software and/or cruise booking platform, as well as, MAST event attendance and planning assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all TCH and MCS bookings, including the calculation of commission, entry into ClientBase or Trams, and invoicing.
  • Manage TRAMS and ClientBase CRM tools used in the program
  • Manage Mast Cruise Services data import tool/process
  • Manage Travel Hosts data entry/process into Clientbase/TRAMS
  • Work with the Accounting Manager to provide monthly commission reports for agency payments
  • Facilitate month end reconciliation of all TCH & MCS accounts to ensure payment to participating member agencies
  • Create monthly agent statements in TRAMS, send to agencies when monies are transferred to MAST agencies
  • Provide quarterly/annual sales reports by agency for Travel Hosts suppliers, utilizing Clientbase and individual reservations for MAST accounting department
  • Manage supplier payment websites such as Paymode, Disney, TACS, etc.
  • Create agency access, logins and passwords to booking platforms and sales tools, delete and add agents as needed
  • Answer commission inquiries from agencies as needed
  • Assist with blocking group space, selecting amenity offers, and posting group space on MAST website
  • Manage earned Tour Conductor credits
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and tools for promoting group space and amenity cruises to members
  • In conjunction with the MAST Training & Education Manager, provide guidance on supplier booking engines, sales and marketing tools, policies, procedures, and product
  • Problem resolution with Suppliers and member bookings
  • Manage CLIA account and annual renewal
  • Assist with MAST events, preparation, and on-site execution
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by company


Job Requirements:

  • 5 years travel industry experience
  • Basic accounting experience
  • Microsoft Office experience, intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Data analytics, report management and analysis preferred
  • ClientBase experience preferred
